The engine

Physics-informed AI, not a thermostat with a dashboard.

Most “AI HVAC” products are statistical predictors trained on past sensor data — they break in conditions they have not seen. V-IndoorCARE is built on Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINN) constrained by the actual equations of fluid dynamics and heat transfer. The result: 3D airflow predictions in 30–60 seconds, 50–100× faster than traditional CFD, with physics-grade accuracy that holds in unfamiliar buildings.

V-IndoorCARE is spun out of research at VinUniversity, funded by the Vingroup Innovation Foundation (VinIF). The PINN + 3D CFD method underneath the product was developed and validated in an academic context before becoming a commercial platform. Our model — operating buildings as a service rather than licensing software — aligns with the global shift from SaaS to Service-as-a-Software now being executed by Trane, Honeywell × Redaptive, and Schneider Electric (which committed ~$1.2B to APAC Energy-as-a-Service in January 2026, including Vietnam).
